Arrest Records in Smyth County
Several agencies create Smyth County arrest records. The Smyth Sheriff serves unincorporated areas, warrants, court security, and its own investigations. The agency that made a Smyth arrest owns the narrative it created. Smyth Sheriff's current headquarters is 626 South Main Street, Marion, VA 24354, with a nonemergency line at (276) 782-4056. Smyth Arrest Fingerprint Cycle

Smyth Arrest Geography Since 2003
The regional system opened in 2003, shifting ordinary Smyth County jail custody to Abingdon. County planning later discussed removing the vacant old local jail for courthouse parking.
